Our Story
Hi! I'm Silvia, the Snoo Doctor.
I'm mum to a 7 year old who would have loved the snoo in 2018, when I used to rock him for 45 mins just to get him to nap for 20 mins, and mum to 4 year old (pictured) who hated the Snoo, waking 10 times per night until 2 years old. I'm married to Mr Snoo Doctor (pictured), who sometimes helps out with overly technical repairs, when I nag him enough. Wherever you read 'us' on this website, know that it's a professional term, and I'm primarily a one woman show. When you book any service with me, I will empathise with you, talk your ear off, make you laugh, and provide you with excellent service, and lots... lots and lots of tips. I understand that being a mum is one of the hardest, loneliest jobs in the early months, and I'm here to help you.
Where our Rental Journey Began
In 2021, our sleepless nights began with the arrival of our baby girl. Frustrated and exhausted, we searched for a Snoo rental but couldn't find any offering weekly rentals. That's when the idea was born - to provide weekly Snoo rentals for parents seeking sleep solutions. Try before you buy, or enjoy Snoo during your Queensland holiday.
How did we start fixing snoos?
A few years into our rental journey, our Snoos started looking tired. What's worse, they started jolting and clunking. We contacted Happiest Baby who refused to repair them as they were out of warranty. They told me to throw them into landfill (as they do)!! Horrified, we took matters into our own hands and tirelessly learnt to fix them. Boy did we have a tough learning process. Now we're the original Snoo experts in Australia, bedazzling and giving your Snoos new life, saving them from landfills.
