Yes. A $200 security hold is placed on your credit card at the time of booking, processed securely via Stripe, our payment provider. This is not a charge — it’s a temporary authorisation that is released within 3 business days of the Snoo being returned in good condition.

We generally treat minor issues as normal wear and tear. Significant or intentional damage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Either way, we will swap your current Snoo for another so you won’t go without.
No problem — you won’t be left hanging.
We never schedule back-to-back hires, so you don’t need to worry about someone else taking your Snoo. If your baby’s sleeping well and you’re not ready to return it, we’ll always prioritise your ongoing hire.
Yes, you can — just let us know how long you’d like to extend for, and we’ll update your hire plan accordingly. The longer the extension, the better the rate (e.g. monthly vs weekly).
If we don’t hear from you, your rental will automatically continue on a weekly basis at your most recent weekly rate until the Snoo is returned.

Each rental includes a professionally cleaned Snoo Smart Sleeper, a mattress with waterproof protector, two fitted sheets, and one Snoo Sack in each size — Small, Medium, and Large. You’ll also get access to the premium Snoo App, a demonstration on how to use the Snoo, and some additional tips from Snoo Doctor — your fellow mum!
Extra Snoo Sacks and accessories can be added to your booking as an add-on.
We offer refurbished Snoos through our online shop. Rental Snoos are not available for purchase, as we prefer to offer you refurbished units that have been specifically prepared for sale, and are less used than our rental fleet.
We typically use gentle, baby-safe products. In cases of mould or heavy discoloration, we use bleach. If you prefer we avoid bleach, please let us know in advance.
Wash the sacks at temperatures no higher than 40°C and stick the velcro together to prevent piling and damage.
We will inform you and suggest an upgrade to a full deep clean, as we can only properly treat the mesh once it is removed. However, the choice is entirely yours.
