Silvia and Andrew at SNOO Doctor provide such an incredible service! Our SNOO (that was already second-hand when we bought it for our first bub), was in desperate need of a deep clean before the arrival of our second. Silvia was so quick to respond to my initial query, picked up the SNOO from our house and returned it to us once the clean was complete, and was easily contactable throughout the process. The SNOO actually looks brand new - it’s unbelievable. We can’t fault this service in any way, and would highly recommend SNOO Doctor to anyone who owns a SNOO.

We rented a Snoo for our 3 month old while visiting family in Brisbane and the experience could not have been more smoother! The drop off and pick up was exactly on time and they even carried it upstairs for us. All accessories were included with the Snoo as well.
